Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Supported by clear unboxing video and photographs
Conditions
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags, invoices, and certificates must be intact
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized / made-to-order jewellery
- Sale or discounted items
Refunds
- Processed within 5–10 business days after approval
- Credited to the original payment method only
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
- Subject to product availability
- If unavailable, a refund will be issued
International Orders
- Returns are not accepted unless the item is defective
- Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
